General Policy - Terms Of Use

Intellectual Property

FashionMine, under parent company BigMart, Inc., is the sole owner of all its graphics, logos, promotional/sales/new arrivals banners, pictures, and texts displayed on its website FashionMine.com. Third party or anonymous use of its copyrighted images and/or texts through cut/copy/paste and/or screenshot function is forbidden under any conditions or circumstances.

Payment

Payments may be made from the following payment methods, listed below:

  • MasterCard
  • VISA
  • PayPal (If you are not a member of PayPal, you may sign up for an account, by clicking here.)
  • Cashier's Check (Pre-paid), or Money Order.

Shipping

Shipment of our items are shipped through UPS or UCL, and varies in cost and number of days it takes to arrive, based on location and the following shipping methods, as shown below:

  • UPS Ground Shipping - takes between 24 to 48 hours to arrange order, and five to seven business days to ship and deliver order.
  • UPS Three-Day Select Shipping - takes between 24 to 48 hours to arrange order, and three business days to ship and deliver order.
  • UPS Next Day Air Shipping - takes between 24 to 48 hours to arrange order, and up to one business day to ship and deliver order.
  • UCL (United Cargo Logistics) Ground Shipping - takes between 24 to 48 hours to arrange order, and four to five business days to ship and deliver order.

Notification and Status of Order

After payment has been received and cleared, your order will be reviewed, and a notification of your order/shipping status will be e-mailed to your registered e-mail address.

Modifications/Cancellations of Order

In order to change or cancel an order, you may call us at (213) 629-4626 during business hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm PST time zone (Mondays to Saturdays), or send us an e-mail regarding any changes/cancellations of your order at info@fashionmine.com. For all cancellations to an order, you will get full credit based on your purchase amount to your debit/credit card within one to two business days.

All orders processed through order form and submitted through our highly encrypted server with 128-bit technology ensures your personal information is masked from unwanted online intruders with the highest level of security. After your information has been received, your payment will be securely processed with our trusted sales team.

FashionMine.com will never publicly advertise, disclose, or sell any of your personal information to any anonymous entity or third party organization. Your personal information will only be securely processed by e-mail to your registered e-mail address when notification or status updates on orders are made.
